Fermentation: In stainless steel at controlled temperatures to retain freshness and fruit character.Malolactic fermentation: Completed to soften acidity and enhance roundness.Ageing: Mostly in stainless steel, with some time in large oak barrels to add complexity, without overpowering the varietal character.Bottling: After aging, the wine rests briefly in bottle before release to harmonize flavors.Deep ruby red color. The nose shows a complex bouquet with spicy notes of white pepper and violet flowers, accompanied by hints of black olives and graphite. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with flavors of wild strawberry, black cherry, and subtle herbal hints. The finish is long and persistent, with soft tannins and balanced acidity.Pairings: Pairs excellently with red meats, game, and aged cheeses. Also great with rich pasta dishes and flavorful risottos. Serve at 16–18 °C
