Produced from carefully harvested Moscato grapes. Fermentation occurs at controlled low temperatures to preserve the grape’s aromatic profile. The wine is then sparkling, typically using the Charmat (tank) method to maintain freshness and fruitiness. Bright straw-yellow color with a fine, lively perlage. The nose expresses pronounced aromas of orange blossom, apricot, peach, and honey. On the palate, it is sweet, fresh, and fruity, with a soft mousse and a clean, lingering finish. Perfect as a dessert wine; pairs well with fresh fruit, light pastries, cakes, fruit tarts, or soft cheeses. Also enjoyable on its own as a refreshing sweet sparkling wine.
