Appearance: clear, medium intensity, ruby red with violet reflections. Nose: medium intensity, fruity and floral; aromas of sour cherry and plum, with hints of wildflowers and aromatic herbs. Palate: dry, medium body, high acidity, fine and well-integrated tannins, alcohol 13.5%; fresh, with flavours of cherry, plum, and light spice; well balanced, medium persistence. Food Pairing: lasagna, roast beef, wild boar stew; aged Pecorino or hard cheeses; ideal for informal and convivial meals.
