The nose reveals cherry, blackberry, plum, hints of violet and subtle spices such as cocoa, tobacco, and pepper. On the palate, it is smooth, with silky tannins, good freshness, and a long, harmonious finish.Pairings: Excellent with roasted veal or pork, grilled meats, hearty pasta dishes, cured meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
