The Timorasso grapes are hand-harvested from hillside vineyards in the Colli Tortonesi area. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural aromatic complexity of the grape. The wine matures on its fine lees for several months, adding texture, body, and subtle savory notes, while maintaining freshness and minerality. No oak aging is typically employed, allowing the varietal character of Timorasso—floral, fruity, and mineral—to remain pure and expressive. After clarification and light filtration, the wine is bottled and released with the potential to develop further complexity with age.
Bright straw-yellow color. The nose reveals floral notes of acacia and hawthorn, ripe peach, honey, and subtle mineral and flinty undertones. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and well-structured, with vibrant acidity and a long, savory finish. Balanced between richness, freshness, and minerality, it shows both complexity and elegance.
