Fermentation in stainless steel at 14–16 °C for 18 days. Aged 4 months on fine lees. No malolactic fermentation. Alcohol: 13%Bright straw yellow. On the nose, aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus zest, pear, peach, wildflowers, and a hint of green tea. On the palate, dry and fresh with lively acidity, mineral backbone, and good structure. Medium-bodied with a crisp, savoury finish. Pairings: Perfect with seafood starters, crudo, shellfish, sushi, light pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, white meats, and fresh cheeses. Ideal as an aperitif or for summer meals. Serving Temperature: 8–12 °C
