Catarratto Buonsenso Doc 2024 Tasca D'Almerita

Bright straw yellow. On the nose, aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus zest, pear, peach, wildflowers, and a hint of green tea. On the palate, dry and fresh with lively acidity, mineral backbone, and good structure. Medium-bodied with a crisp, savory finish. Pairings: Perfect with seafood starters, crudo, shellfish, sushi, light pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, white meats, and fresh cheeses. Ideal as an aperitif or for summer meals.
