On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with firm but refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, persistent finish. The 2016 vintage offers balance, depth, and excellent aging potential. Pairings: Ideal with braised meats, game, roasted lamb, mature cheeses, and truffle-based dishes. Also excellent with risotto al Barolo, beef stew, or simply enjoyed as a meditation wine. Serve at 18 °C.
