Altemasi Gran Riserva Trento DOC 2010 Cavit

Made exclusively with Chardonnay, vinified with the traditional method (Metodo Classico), with second fermentation in bottle and an extended maturation on the lees for over 60 months, which provides depth, complexity, and elegance. On the nose, it reveals complex aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus zest, white flowers, and delicate notes of brioche, hazelnut, and honey from the long aging on the lees. On the palate, it is rich, structured, and creamy, with fine and persistent bubbles. The finish is long, elegant, and mineral, showcasing remarkable balance and finesse. Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as shellfish, oysters, sushi, caviar, and delicate white meat preparations. It is also a perfect companion for aged cheeses.
