On the nose, complex aromas of ripe cherry, wild berry, violet, sweet tobacco, and hints of leather and cocoa. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and deep layers of black cherry, plum, spice, and balsamic undertones. The finish is long, savory, and mineral-driven, showing excellent balance and aging potential.Pairings: Ideal with roasted or grilled red meats, game (wild boar, venison), mature cheeses, truffle dishes, and rich Tuscan stews. Excellent alongside pappardelle al cinghiale, bistecca alla fiorentina, or aged pecorino. Serve at 18°C; decant for 1–2 hours before serving.
