Description

Golden amber in colour. Intense and complex nose of dried apricots, candied orange peel, acacia honey, and floral hints. On the palate, it is rich, velvety, and sweet without being cloying, balanced by vibrant acidity. Long, elegant finish with lingering notes of caramelised fruit and citrus zest. Pairings:
Perfect with blue cheeses (Gorgonzola Dolce, Roquefort), hazelnut tarts, almond biscuits, crème brûlée, or simply sipped on its own as a meditation wine. Excellent with panna cotta or zabaglione. Serve slightly chilled.
