Description

Brilliant garnet red. Aromatically refined and precise, with notes of ripe cherry, dried rose petals, sweet spices, liquorice, and a touch of balsamic. On the palate, it shows classic structure: firm yet fine-grained tannins, lively acidity, and layered flavours of red berries, leather, and mineral nuances. Youthful yet already harmonious, with excellent aging potential. Pairings: Perfect with braised meats, ossobuco, roasted lamb, aged Parmigiano Reggiano, and game dishes. Also pairs beautifully with truffle pasta and mushroom-based risottos. Decant for 1–2 hours before serving.
