Description
Deep ruby red. Intense aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it’s dry, full-bodied, with vibrant acidity and soft tannins. Notes of red berries and light oak on the finish. Pairings: Ideal with pasta in meat sauce, grilled sausages, roast pork, mixed fried foods, and aged cheeses. Serve at 18–20 °C.
